Hon. Adedeji Dhikrullahi Stanley Olajide, popularly known as Odidiomo<\/strong>, has inaugurated the campaign council for his 2027 Oyo South Senatorial bid under the platform of the Allied Peoples\u2019 Movement (APM).<\/p>\n

The inauguration marks the formal activation of the campaign\u2019s operational structure as it begins a wider programme of community engagement and grassroots mobilisation across Oyo South Senatorial District.<\/p>\n

Speaking at the event, Odidiomo charged members of the council to take the campaign\u2019s message directly to residents and stakeholders across the district. He urged them to listen to communities, understand their priorities, and communicate the campaign\u2019s proposals with clarity, discipline, and respect.<\/p>\n

He\u00a0 said the council\u2019s responsibility goes beyond organising political activities. Its members are expected to build a strong connection between the campaign and the people by engaging community leaders, party members, youth groups, women\u2019s organisations, professionals, traders, artisans, farmers, students, and other stakeholders.<\/p>\n

Odidiomo said his campaign would focus on practical issues affecting the people of Oyo South, including education, youth empowerment, digital skills, healthcare, agriculture, employment, infrastructure, security, and inclusive governance.<\/p>\n

He also called on council members to protect the unity of the movement and conduct their activities peacefully. He urged them to avoid personal attacks and divisive language, stressing that the campaign should be driven by issues, responsibility, and respect for the people.<\/p>\n

The inauguration follows a series of consultations and stakeholder engagements through which Odidiomo has been presenting his development agenda and seeking input from communities across the senatorial district.<\/p>\n
