He is representing the good people of Ibadan South-West/North-West, in the House of Representatives, National Assembly. As a result of his versatility, he is a member of various committees and some committees usually seek his expertise during the activities of such committees.

Mr. Olajide has a wealth of experience in consulting, business advisory, technology, storage & marine services, and integrated energy services. He has left his mark on various businesses in the United States and Africa. while simultaneously representing, consulting and directing, diverse companies from various backgrounds.

In 2016 he Plan, Design and Implement the Google Cloud Platform in support of Stanford Clinical Genomics Service, using genome sequencing for Stanford patients with unexplained genetic diseases.

Managed a team of consultants from different organizations in performing SOX remediation. The project entailed the design and implementation of 100TB SAN Storage, Corporate Wide review of all Financial Reporting Applications in readiness for Logging and Monitoring. Analyzed and assessed business process controls, identifying risks and linking business risks to the relevant IT audit procedures in compliance with SOX. Provided technical guidance SIEM, IAM, Document Management System, Database Security Monitoring tools, and Enterprise Log Management tools selection. Using ITIL framework. Project Managed Common Analytics Infrastructure Implementation, Providing Industry best practices.

2004 – 2006, Systems Architect @ Invitrogen, Frederick, MD, and Carlsbad, California, USA.

Project Managed, Designed, and Implemented various high-performance biotechnology applications. e.g.

DNA/RNA/Protein Sequences Matching Solution, High-Performance Linux Cluster for Genbank database blast computation., new interactive maps of biological signaling and metabolic pathways (iPath using Gene go), New Orf Tracker

Application, Matched Reagents Database using Public Reference Gene and Protein Sequence. Provide technical leadership in support of Freddie Mac’s Funding and Investment Trading floor. Which included Managing of UNIX Infrastructure, Trading Floor Market Data Feeds (i.e. Reuters, Bloomberg), Strategic evaluation of BlackRock’s ANSER systems, Planning and Implementation of Network Upgrade from Token Ring to Ethernet, Security Analysis and Mitigation, Database Migration from Sybase to IBM DB2-UDB, Systems and Database Performance Tuning.

1999 – 2000, Senior Systems Architect / Cyber-center Technical Manager @ Qwest Communications. Weehawken, New Jersey and Sterling, Virginia, USA.

 Technical Manager dedicated to deploying solutions for hosting clients. Provided Project Management and IT Management in reviews, planning, and implementation of various cutting edge technologies. Which included Presales Configuration, Enterprise  Networked Storage (SAN, NAS, DAS, NFS), Enterprise Servers, and Disaster Recovery Strategy.

Managed projects worth well over $40Million annual revenue, delivered automated OS Upgrade process, reducing the time required by 75% per node. Y2k Planning, Documentation, and Taskforce Team Lead. Developed ASP Model around ERP Implementation, which Led to the design, implementation, and support of Middle Ware applications, Firewalls, Routing Networks, Load Balancing (F5, 3DNS), Stress Testing, Performance Monitoring, and Tuning.

Having won the March 2019 general election with a margin of 2,800 votes to defeat his opponent from the All Progressive Party. He was sworn in into the House of Representatives, National Assembly to represent the good people of Ibadan South-West/ North-West Federal Constituency, Ibadan, Oyo State.

The 9th Assembly was inaugurated on Tuesday 11th June 2019. Rep. Adedeji Stanley Olajide has proved himself to be a good ambassador of his constituents. He hits the ground running on the exact day of his inauguration. At the inaugural sitting, he moved his first motion on Matters of Urgent Public Importance on the “Need to Combat Threatening Environmental Degradation across the Country”. He put a prayer along with the motion to include Oluyole Industrial Park, Oluyole Estate, College Crescent, Anfani, Bolumole, Eleyele, Olopomewa, Odo-Ona, and Ogunpa –all under Ibadan Southwest and Northwest Local Government in the list that Ecological Fund Office should address.

Rep. Adedeji Stanley Olajide – Odidi Omo’s Notable Achievements in Not Less Than 2 Years in Office. He has sponsored several motions, move series of Bills. He is an active member of both the Standing Committees and Ad-hoc Committees of the House of Representatives.

These achievements may not be reported, underreported, or not celebrated at all by disco critiques and opposition who are in every way not ready to give credits to him for the achievements but rather criticize. But for the sake of record purpose. I will like to educate and inform the general public by highlighting some of the achievements of Rep. Adedeji Stanley Olajide starting with the provision of 300KVA transformer for the residents of Kuola, Ward 12 Ibadan South West, and Aba Igbira at Omololu Olunloyo Estate, to put an end to their electricity challenges.

He initiated 3 Days Free Medical Outreach to his constituency residents’ that were having health issues.

As a member of various Committees in the House, He has sponsored and co-sponsored many Bills in the House of Representatives.

As a man of his word and a promise keeper, he gifted out luxury cars to his Constituency Coordinators, gave out a luxury car to Lebanon Street Mosques Imam at the Old Gbagi Market. He Donated an appreciable sum of money towards Church development within the Constituency.

As if all that is not enough, He reeled out in batches, several COVID-19 Relief Packages to the residents during the early spike of Covid-19 that cost hundreds of millions of naira.

He gave out an appreciable educational grant to pupils in his Constituency. He is an exemplary representative, leader, and an extraordinary man who craves for development and wellbeing of his people (He is truly here to serve and that is his priority).

Not forgetting that his ark rival during the election (Hon. Fijabi) appealed Odidiomo’s victory in Court, a case that lasted for over a year before the Apex Court finally affirm Rep. Adedeji’s victory. As a representative of the people who has been given a mandate for representation, he did not allow the long litigation to deter him in the delivery of good governance to his people.

As security is No. 1 in any society. Rep. Adedeji embarks on the installation of Street Lights on the streets of Idi-ikan, Ori Eru, Anfani, Ajeigbe, Adeoyo, Imale Falafia, College Crescent, and so on.

He also Drills Boreholes in various locations within the constituency and plans to drill one borehole each in every ward of Ibadan North West & South West, after seeing access to water hardship that is being experienced by the residents.

Rep. Adedeji is a leader who knows the importance of education and ready to improve the system of education in his constituency. He Renovated some dilapidated classrooms in schools like Ratibi Primary School, UMC Oke Ado, St. Patrick School and provided modern tables and chairs that numbered 970 into the classrooms. Also empowered the students with ICT programs in the schools like Baptist High School, Oke-Ado in Southwest, and Eleyele Secondary School in Northwest. Providing computers for students with the interest of learning ICT.

Furthermore, he empowered youths by creating an avenue to learn Paint Making & Marketing * and gave them money to start up the business and also created *Fishery Opportunity in collaboration with the federal ministry of agriculture in Abuja. And equipped them with the necessary materials to get them started which also included start-up capital.

Nevertheless, as a great leader with foresight, who knows the importance of eating protein and foresaw the high level of meat consumption in our society, he thereby empowered the community in his constituency to learn Animal Husbandry.

He affiliated with the Federal Ministry of Agriculture And Rural Development of animal husbandry services to present community empowerment through animal husbandry development.

To mention but a few from the achievements of Rep. Adedeji who is still touching the lives of his constituency people positively and he is not resting on his oars, as he still has a lot of transformational development program to bring up. Watch out for this great extraordinary man. It is truly a blessing to have you in our time.
