The Federal Lawmaker representing Ibadan Nortwest/southwert constituency Rep, Adedeji Stanley Olajide visited the scene of the ghastly fire outbreak that happened yesterday at Apata, Ward 12 Area of my Constituency, IBSW Local Government.
The unfortunate incident happened when a fully loaded diesel tanker lost control and rammed into several shops causing a fire outbreak. We thank the Almighty God that no life was lost.
In his remarks, he promised to fight their cause to receive their claim from the company of the insured tanker.
he also sympathized with the people at Apata and the victims who lost their valuables.He also assured he will make arrangements to replace the affected power transformer as soon as possible and will also ensure the release of emergency relief funds for the affected shop owners in the next 24hrs.
With him on the visit were Hon Kehinde Akande, the Executive Chairman of IBSWLG, Hon. Adigun Tajudeen, Hon. Morufu Balogun, Hon. Ayorinde Taoheed Abiola (DG Odidiomo Campaign Council) and a host of other dignitaries.
Finally he prayed that the Almighty God gives them the strength to bear their loss and may we never witness such again.
