Rep. Adedeji Olajide Mourns the Passing of Otun of Oyo land, Chief Moses Oyedele Ogunmola

Rep. Adedeji Stanley Olajide (Odidiomo), the Member representing Ibadan Southwest, Northwest Federal Constituency at the House of Representatives, has expressed deep sorrow over the demise of Chief Moses Oyedele Ogunmola, the Otun of Oyo land.

Chief Ogunmola, a former Nigeria’s Ambassador to Congo and several East African countries is remembered by Odidiomo as a stalwart figure who played a pivotal role in the development of Oyo town, the state, and Nigeria as a whole.

Odidiomo praised the late Chief Ogunmola’s contributions to the nation and acknowledged his significant impact on the growth and progress of Oyo town. He extended his heartfelt condolences to the sons, daughters, and family of the departed.

Odidiomo, reflecting on the profound loss, prayed for strength and fortitude for the grieving family to bear the irreparable loss. He emphasized that Chief Ogunmola’s legacy will be dearly missed, leaving a void not only in the hearts of his family but also in Oyo town, the state, and the entire nation.

In his words, “Let me use this opportunity to express my condolences to the family of the Late Otun of Oyo land, Chief Moses Oyedele Ogunmola. Chief Ogunmola will be greatly missed by everyone. May God grant his family the strength to bear this irreparable loss, and may Oyo town, the state, and Nigeria as a whole find solace in the enduring legacy left behind by this distinguished statesman.”
